The longevity of the pavers lies in the quality of the base. We do not skimpt on the preparation of the land.

Design and Preparation 

• Site Inspection: Land Assessment and Leveling.

• Material Selection: We confirm the color, shape and pattern of the cobblestone, as well as the depth of the necessary excavation

The Base (The Secret of Longevity)

• Excavation: We remove the existing material and dig to the required depth.

• Aggregate Sub-Base: We install a thick layer of granular material and mechanically compact it to the optimal density. This base is vital to prevent sinking.

• Settlement Layer: We add a thin layer of sand on the compacted base to prepare the laying surface.

Placement and Finishing

• Installation: We place the pavers following the pattern of the approved design, ensuring precise cuts and perfect leveling.

• Fixing: We compact to settle the pavers. Then, we sweep fine polymeric sand on the joints

• Sealing: We wet the polymeric sand, which causes it to harden, fixing the paving stones in place and permanently blocking the growth of weeds.
